Grid Pasting Machine

Application: It is used to fill the viscous or sandy paste to the Pb-Sb and Pb-Ca grids. Composition: Auto plate feeding device, pasting machine, plate collecting device and control panel.Performance & Features The pasting machine is supplied with auto-feeding device, the pasting width can be adjusted by hand, the machine can be stopped if there is no grid or overlapping. There is a independent motor for the past hopper, the supply rollers is run in opposite direction to accurately control the past weight. The hopper can be left in tilt to facilitate the operator to observe and maintain fault. The machine uses the continuous pasting belt with transmission and tension system, it is easy to maintain and exchange. The pressure of rubber roller is adjustable to press the plates with acid. The past on the conveyor belt is removed and stored by special facilities.. The ON/OFF buttons are installed in accordance with acid proof and water proof standards.
